Stevenson Design Worksdesigned and constructed the 1997 PNE Prize Home in an amazing 100 days. The home received a Gold Georgie Award for the Best Detached Single Family Residence in the Province of British Columbia for 1997. Georgie Awards are given out annually to recognize the new home, renovation and interior design practices throughout the province of B.C.

This was the first and only time ever in the 63-year tradition of the PNE that the home has ever been awarded such an honor. This was also the first time that Stevenson Designs Works had constructed the home at the PNE. After the PNE, Stevenson Design worked closely with Nickel Brothers House Moving Ltd. to relocate the home to the Daniel Point lot at Pender Harbour.
